360 Degree Virtual Tour show-house for ESTATE AGENTS

 My Panoramic has put together a cost-effective package that will give you the tools you need to continue working and more importantly selling. All our Virtual homes are displayed in 360-degree Interactive Virtual Tours, combined with Zoom software to give you, the Estate Agent or Agency the best possible online tool to sell or rent properties. You can meet with your potential buyer face to face online and guide them through each perspective property as if they were actually there. All tours are available in a 360-degree Virtual Reality format and can also be viewed on an inexpensive Virtual Reality Viewer.

All packages include Free Training and Setup

The system works on a “Credits” System: 1 X Credit = 1 X Property filming

 

Option 1

Independent Estate Agent (1 – 10 Agents): R550 per Agent per Month

  • To start you off you get 10 Credits Per agent to film your properties in a 360 Virtual Tour and 28 static images of each property for you to uses as a SELLING TOOL.

  • 3 Additional credits per agent per month for updates and additions of your properties

  • Integrate Zoom face to face video calling in each of your properties Virtual Tour's

  • AlL the Tour links and Embedded code to use on your website

  • All the digital copies to use on your social media pages 

  • Online ZOOM Etiquette and Sales Training

Option 2

Small agencies (11 – 40 Agents):  R450 per Agent per Month

  • 3 Additional credits per agent per month for updates and additions of your properties

Agencies with more than 40 Agents: R350 per Agent per month

  • 3 Additional credits per agent per month for updates and additions of your properties

  • Integrate Zoom face to face video calling in each of your properties Virtual Tour's

  • AlL the Tour links and Embedded code to use on your website

  • All the digital copies to use on your social media pages 

  • Online ZOOM Etiquette and Sales Training

Important to Note:

  1. Credits don’t have to be used all at once

  2. Additional Credits are billed at R300 per Credit (R300 per additional House)

  3. All the options are with a 6 Month Contract.
